Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and any required assets needed to perform services. Slick Media is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
No Guaranteed Results
While Slick Media uses proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to revenue, leads, conversions, or performance metrics. Marketing performance depends on many external factors outside our control.
Payments and Fees
All fees are agreed upon prior to the start of services. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments made to Slick Media are non refundable. Setup fees, labor, and digital services rendered cannot be reversed once work has begun.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Slick Media remain the property of Slick Media until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted the right to use deliverables for their business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Slick Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Slick Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately if terms are violated.
Third Party Platforms
Slick Media is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, or actions taken by third party platforms such as Meta, Google, or other advertising networks.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or opt in to receive text message communications from Slick Media.
